GALLERYThe gallery below is a sampling of several installations I've completed over the years. It's intended to provide you with an idea of the variety of stained glass applications and to give you a feel of the type of work I do. I'm always searching for new applications and challenging projects. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss any ideas that come to mind for a new application, I would be happy to assist you. |

The client I fabricated this panel for was remodeling the bathroom in the front of their house and wanted a custom stained glass panel to accent the new Italian theme and to provide privacy. The octagon shaped window was built in to a 3 foot square hinged door. Although it cost more, I used mostly hand made art glass. It paid off in the end, the eastern exposure to the morning sun makes the colors and textures just glow. The opaque glass also serves 2 additional purposes; it can be appreciated from the interior with and without daylight behind it, and it adds beauty to the exterior of the home at night with lighting from the inside of the home. |

This piece was made for a client wanting an accent panel to add a touch of color to their kitchen. I replaced the standard wood panel with this opaque stained glass with a clear textured border. I incorporated the flowers and colors from new furniture in an adjacent area. Later on, the customer added accent lighting inside the cabinet, it really makes the panel stand out with the room lights dimmed. |

This is a transom above a shower. Because of the large gap between the shower door and ceiling, this client wanted something to block some of the steam, and they wanted in to match the Victorian theme in the border tile. All metal was finely polished to match the door trim, and was waxed to withstand exposure to moisture. I also used industrial strength Rain-X to the glass to allow any condensation to roll off. |

This sidelight window was created to offer privacy and beauty at the main entrance of this customer's home. The roses and colors were borrowed from a theme in the living room. As the resident lived in a seniors community, I designed the panel to flow with a theme of the birth of the rose to full maturity. |

I call this piece "Maelstrom". I wanted to attempt a project with no lead or solder. A good friend came up with the design. The individual pieces are bonded to a black glass background. To prevent any flexing, I secured the panel to 3/8" thick plate glass. |

A friend wanted to fill the space between 2 cabinets above the sink in his kitchen. The panel was designed with the same prairie style elements taken from a lamp in the same area. It was framed with the same white pine wood of the adjacent cabinets. |

This customer wanted their corporate logo prominently displayed above their granite and marble samples in the main foyer of their business. |

This mirror piece was a wedding gift for a friend. Their wedding date was sand blasted from the back side of a mirror. The roses were exactly replicated from the wedding invitation. |
